At Matin & Parfum, your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

    • In the same condition that you received it

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at 📧 contact@matinparfum.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
